Responsibilities:  

• Greet and assist clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.  

• Schedule appointments and manage the flow of the front desk.  

• Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism.  

• Maintain accurate and organized patient records.  

• Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and their pets.  

• Handle financial transactions and billing processes.  

Qualifications:  

• Previous experience in a customer service role.  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

• Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment.  

• Passion for animals and a genuine interest in their well-being.  

• Experience in the veterinary field.
